Once your documents are ready, you will book and attend your visa appointment at the Polish Embassy or Consulate responsible for your country or legal place of residence. You will submit your application and supporting documents directly to the embassy.
We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant Polish Embassy or Consulate.
If an application cannot proceed due to issues with the work permit or supporting documents provided through our partner network, eligible clients may qualify for a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
However, if a visa application is refused solely based on the embassy's assessment or decision, we are unable to provide a refund, as visa approvals and refusals are entirely at the discretion of the embassy.

Surestep Global Connect provides relocation support and facilitates access to work permit documentation through trusted partners. We are not a government agency, embassy, or visa-issuing authority. All visa decisions are made independently by the relevant embassy or consulate.
We assist with two types of visa support, depending on your destination:
Type D Work Visa — Poland only. We provide full documentation support for individuals taking up employment in Poland through our verified partner network. This includes the work permit, employment offer letter, employment contract, and accommodation documentation where required.
Relocation Visa — Hungary, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Romania. For these destinations, we assist with the relocation visa process, supporting individuals who are moving through our partner employment pathways in those countries.

Timelines vary depending on the visa type, your country of residence, and embassy appointment availability — but for a Type D work visa, clients typically complete the process within 6 to 12 weeks from when their documentation is ready.
Our role is to ensure your documents are complete and correct before you step into the embassy, which significantly reduces the risk of delays or rejection. We'll give you a more specific estimate once we understand your situation.
At this time, our core focus is employment-based relocation and work visa support. We do not currently offer direct university application services.
However, if you are relocating for work and have questions about education for dependants — such as school enrollment for children; that falls within our relocation support service and we're happy to help with that aspect.
